Compassionate, direct-access psychiatric medical care for children, teens, and adults.
The "Direct Care" Promise
I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role isn't to tell you who to be, but to act as a coach and partner in your wellness. In a medical world of 15-minute windows and automated phone trees, I’ve chosen a different path. I work directly with you—no secretaries, no barriers—so we can address the root causes of your symptoms together. Whether we are meeting online or in-person, my goal is to provide a space where you finally feel heard.
I believe you can only meet others as deeply as you have met yourself. My path to psychiatry was shaped not just by textbooks, but by a lived journey through generational trauma, displacement, and the quiet courage it takes to rebuild.
I don’t just understand these challenges clinically—I understand them humanly.
As the child of refugees, I grew up at the intersection of two worlds, navigating the weight of inherited silence and the hurdles of financial insecurity. From the vulnerability of living in a women’s shelter to the resilience required to thrive in medical school, my life has been a masterclass in the human spirit’s ability to heal. Our histories aren't just stories—they are the blueprints for how we navigate the world today.Today, I offer my patients more than just medication management; I offer a surplus of emotional bandwidth and a deep, trauma-informed perspective. Whether you are navigating your own history or seeking a partner in your child’s wellness, I am here to walk that path alongside you—without the barriers of a traditional medical office.
Work with someone who gets it. Work with someone who gets you.

YOUR INVESTMENT
To ensure I can provide the time and attention you deserve—with no limits or bureaucratic delays—I operate as an out-of-network physician.$450 covers a 60-minute initial evaluation for a deep-dive, not a 20-minute checklist.$225 covers a 30 minute check-in to maintain momentum of your care plan. Extended slots are available and encouraged for deeper work.Note: I provide Superbills to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance. Many patients receive significant reimbursement depending on their PPO plan; I recommend calling your insurer to ask about 'out-of-network behavioral health' coverage.
